Ama Brew - Spirits of the Highland

In the Ede language, Ama means "father". This project aims to promote and celebrate the culture and the tradition of the Ede people. Viet Nam, a country with 54 minor ethnic groups, with each own unique tradition and culture, the Ede people is one of them. They are located in the coffee province of Viet Nam and contribute greatly for the coffee exportation. But their culture and identity are less likely to be mentioned or noticed. Facing cultural extinction and poverty, my goal with this project is not just to celebrate the coffee tradition of Viet Nam but also to celebrate the identity of the Ede people.
